The story of the Kingsway Three... What happens when Liverpool falls out with the Wirral? Dick, Nick and Gerard "Gelegnite" Gardner are three men who've had enough. Looked down on and mocked by the self-proclaimed upper class from the Wirral peninsula, it is time to take the law into their own hands. Having broken all Box Office records in 2006 and 2007 Dave Kirby and Nicky Allt's comic play with music is back again for 2008. With the full original cast this is a chance to see a show that has sent Box Office records tumbling like Tranmere's gate receipts since it's debut. If you only see one piece of culture this year, make this it! Suitable for 16 year olds and above. Stalls tickets are available with a meal (served at your table before the show) for an extra £10. Click here to see the menu. If you are eating with us please arrive at least an hour before the performance. Tickets are available for the show alone in stalls, circle and balcony. There is a 2pm matinee every Saturday. Doors open - 6.30pm, Last Food Order 7pm, Show 8pm; Matinee: Doors 12.30pm, Last Food Order 1pm, Show 2pm. (back to top)

On The Ledge at the Liverpool Royal Court Theatre
ALAN BLEASDALE'S ON THE LEDGE (Royal Court)
Friday 25th April to Saturday 24th May 2008 - 8pm
The Liverpool skyline, hundreds of feet above constant buzz of chatter and traffic, is a place where you can go for some peace and quiet amongst the pigeons. That is if you ignore the two scallies, two bruisers, the gang boss, someone he thinks of as his bit on the side and a very confused office worker. A masterclass in dark comedy from Alan Bleasdale, the writer of Boys From The Black Stuff, Scully and GBH, On The Ledge is set on the top two floors of a high rise building where different characters are thrown together for all sorts of reasons. Some are running away, others are running after them, most are just doing their job. A play that has drama, wit and plenty of laughs you are guaranteed to leave on a high. Just don’t look down… Suitable for 16 year olds and above. Some bad language used! Stalls tickets are available with a meal (served at your table before the show) for an extra £10. Click here to see the menu. If you are eating with us please arrive at least an hour before the performance. Tickets are available for the show alone in stalls, circle and balcony. Thursday 29th May 2008 - 7pm
Award-winning Stand-up and Ventriloquist, Nina Conti, returns with her long-awaited full-length solo show. After a recent stint in Hollywood where they appeared in Christopher Guest’s movie For Your Consideration, Nina and Monkey are back to play host to a cavalcade of outlandish double acts in their over-populated show solo show. Monkey says it is genre-defying, but what does he know?...He’s not even real. The show is a wonderful hotch potch of stand-up, sketches and variety, all of which rely heavily on the use of Ventriloquism with Monkey as ringmaster putting Nina through her paces with a host of different puppets and a host of different puppeteers, all played by Nina. And with characters ranging from her own Grandad who uses Ventriloquism to talk to his dead wife, to a one-armed South African voodoo expert with a talking penis. (back to top)

Saturday 31st May 2008 - 8pm
Simon Amstell made his name presenting music shows on Channel 4 and Nickelodeon before taking over as host on BBC’s anarchic music quiz Never Mind The Buzzcocks. He quickly stamped the show with his own unique and irreverent personality and went on to collect two prizes at the British Comedy Awards. His material is challenging and playful – delivered with enormous charm and just a little of the trademark sarcasm we’ve come to expect. Brilliantly sharp and criminally funny. (back to top)

Come and join Seymour Mace in his brand new show for 2008. Being quite a lazy bloke he hasn't quite decided what it's going to be about yet. It could be silly, it could be sad, it could be sacrilegious or it could be something else beginning with S but one thing's for sure, it's bound to be funny so why not take a chance? You never know, you might just like it. (back to top)
